Step 2 - Complete the hire agreement
Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions of Hire before signing and returning the hiring agreement.
A deposit is required to secure a booking.
We suggest organisers of functions undertake a risk assessment to identify any possible hazards to the attendees or the community council facilities.
We are very keen to ensure the Pavilion continues to meet the needs of the community and welcome any feedback. We are particularly interested in any maintenance issues identified or in suggestions to improve what's available or the public events the community council runs.
